I’d Tap That

Online shopping has been taken to new levels with Twitter’s introduction of #AmazonCart. But, if you’re anything like me, shopping through Twitter doesn’t really do it for you. Instagram gives great outfit inspo’s, but not being able to access the product directly only causes frustration for a true shopping addict. Enter, Vogue.

The print magazine is implementing a feature on Instagram, compliments of LikeToKnow:It, that closes the gap between admiring from afar and adding items to your closet. A process so good it makes me want to tap that; Double tap, that is.

That’s all it takes. See some to-die-for coral pumps? Double tap the image, and an email is sent to you with links to the product or similar “Get the Look” items. It still isn’t as seamless as the Pinterest shopping experience where the image takes you directly to the product, but I’ll take what I can get.

What are the chances I can double tap this image and receive David Beckham? Worth a shot.
