Can you be happy for 100 days in a row?
In a movement to help people appreciate the moment and the environment, 100HappyDays has issued a challenge to all social media users. Choose your favorite social media platform for uploading photos and share one photo a day with the hashtag #100Happy Days.
What’s the point of this?
1. To help people notice what makes them happy.

2. To preserve those moments in photo for you or others to see.
3. To improve your mood and enjoy your day more.

4. To help you look for the happy in each day.

Happy can be anything, big or small, that makes you smile. It can be a photo of a great meal, a pretty flower in your backyard, a prime parking spot, a friend’s smile, a cute outfit, your child, a new gadget, a rainbow … you name it! You’re in charge of choosing your happy.
Here are some #100HappyDays I found around the Internet:

Reading old favourites. #100happydays #Day4#letthegoodtimesrole #classics #literature#CountofMonteCristo
It’s not about showing off your lavish lifestyle or just simply showing off. In fact, if you want to do this challenge privately, you can just email your photos to the organizers instead.
What blew my mind is that 71% of people who take on this challenge fail … because they don’t have time.
Do you have time to be happy?
